KNO BEFORE YOU FLO

Download the Fly App from the app store on your phone to sign up for classes and pay. It’s easy peasy. Or book a class here and you will be prompted to create an account with a login. Once you’ve done so, you can put a credit card on file and never have to worry about this again! And it will be sooo much less stressful when you show up to the studio if you’ve got this step done and signed up for class.

From there…..

Please arrive 15 minutes before class to check in. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but know that we will give your reserved spot up to any standby students 5 min before class starts.

FOR FIRST TIME STUDENTS: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU MUST BE IN THE STUDIO AT LEAST 15MIN PRIOR TO CLASS IF YOU HAVEN’T CREATED AN ACCOUNT OR PAID FOR A CLASS. WE WILL HAVE TO ASK THAT YOU RETURN FOR A DIFFERENT CLASS IF YOU ARRIVE LATE.

If you are allowed to enter late, please be as silent as possible so that you don’t disrupt others.

Please do not leave during savasana unless you absolutely must.

No cell phones are allowed in the studios. This will allow you to tune in and vibe out:). Please leave it with your shoes and other personal items in our secure locker room.

Late cancelations - please make sure you cancel at least 4 hours prior to your booked class. All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $5 fee.

Proper etiquette = please remove your shoes before entering either of our studios + no talking to others or making avoidable noises (other than laughter which we totally hope is present)of any kind during practice. Pretty please, save your questions for the end of class.

Studio 1 is heated, using infrared technology to 80-98 degrees. Many classes held in that space will be heated, but not all! For more guidance on which class is right for you please see our classes page here

We ask that all clients update their account using the FLY app with a credit card to ensure a contactless environment.

Parking is available via meters on Locust and cross streets. The meters are free on Sundays and holidays. For a map of where free and metered spots are near the studio click here

No sharing of class packs.

All sales are final.

*****Membership cancellations must be communicated via email or in studio at least 14 days prior to the next renewal date. Email support@flyyogastl.com to request.

FAQs

Will there be music in every class? Probably not. In Flo you can count on it. The rest of our classes will depend on the teachers mood. We believe you can experience the power of practice with or without music.

Will every class be hot? Nope. Please go https://www.flyyogastl.com/classes to find temperature ranges to expect. Also, note that FLO may be un-heated based on teachers preference. We will indicate that on the schedule if so.

Do I need my own mat? No- we have high quality extra sticky mats in case you need one and can give recommendations if you are looking to buy one.

What should I wear? No rules here other than to be comfortable and able to move! We do discourage socks as they actually make practice harder because you don’t have good grip on the mat/could slip easier. But we may from time to time provide socks for a specific core targeting class. You’ll love to hate it, promise.

Can my kids come? We LOVE kids, but do require that anyone attending class is 16 or older and do not provide childcare. Stay tuned because we do plan to build a class designed for kids/teens yoga in the near future!
